Why YDJ get involved with support Movember each year Movember is an annual event which is about creating awareness for men’s mental health. This could be anything from anxiety, cancer, men’s suicide and more. Talking, listening and being there for someone doing it tough can be lifesaving! Check in if you know someone is going through a difficult time, and be prepared to listen. Family and friends will listen and not judge. If you would like to donate to this great cause and help raise awareness for men’s mental health, why not get behind Stuart or Justin’s fundraising page? Stuart’s Movember page: https://au.movember.com/mospace/37301 Justin’s Movember page: https://au.movember.com/mospace/13983868 Your donation could help save a father, a brother, a son, a friend, a partner, a man’s life! This Sunday, 21st November, Justin and Stuart will once again be running from Hobart’s waterfront Wrest Point Casino, to the top of Kunanyi (Mt Wellington – 1,271m above sea level).

Wowee, another birthday down at YDJ and it only seems like yesterday that YDJ was first established as a small boutique Medical Recruitment company specialising only in GP and ED doctors’ placements. Despite all the major disruptions in Australia dealing with COVID, YDJ has had a very productive year and being strategically based in Hobart has been advantageous for us and has allowed YDJ to operate at almost 100 percent capacity with business continuity. We have been very lucky with no lock downs or interruptions with business closures, allowing us to continue to thrive and grow during these difficult covid times and assist our doctors and clients. No placement would be possible without our amazing and dedicated doctors. You have really stepped up to the challenges of an ever changing COVID landscape, and navigated through all the restrictions/lockdowns that have been enforced. You’ve answered the call to some of our most remote communities in Australia and for that we truly thank you for your support. To all our amazing clients that we work closely with day in, and day out as it has not been easy and once again thank you for your ongoing support and trust you place in YDJ to source you the right doctor for your clinic in these difficult circumstances. Finally, none of this would be possible if it was not for our dedicated and hard-working team that continue to deliver outstanding service and customer excellence. It has been a truly outstanding collective effort throughout this difficult year and have adapted quickly and are also now border restrictions specialists. As we all know Medical Recruitment is hard enough without the added complexities of sudden border closures and changing restrictions which the team has navigated through brilliantly to allow smooth placements to occur. I am a very proud and lucky owner, I still enjoy coming to work every day, and I am still having fun. I wanted to keep this short today, so I have just listed our top 10 key achievements over the past 12 months and where we are heading We have plenty happening and we look forward to updating you throughout the year of these developments. Top 10 achievements! Best growth year for the company since its creation – even during covid 4 quarters of consecutive increased growth – we have now had 10 increasing quarters in a row Continued to increase our locum footprint particularly in VIC, SA, QLD and Tasmania Increased our AMS client portfolio in NT, WA and QLD Still 100% staff retention – YDJ still has never had a staff member leave in 6 years! Retained 90% of our working doctors and onboarded more doctors than any other year Increased our marketing presence in the digital space Maintained our certification at a very high level of compliance Improved our IT systems and capabilities Purchased a new warehouse office space and moving in January 2022 What is coming in the next 12 months? Continue to increase our locum footprint and have more variety/choice for doctors Re-establish our permanent division and assist more rural clients with permanent solutions Increase our marketing reach and engage back with conferences Improve our IT and innovation platforms Introduce a new consultant to the team – will lead up the mental health area to assist So very exciting times at YDJ and we are all looking forward to the post COVID landscape. We are particularly feeling for our NSW, VIC and ACT doctors and clients.
